碳酸鋰-碳酸鋰的測(cè)定-酸堿滴定法

1   范圍

本方法適用于碳酸鋰中質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)大于95%碳酸鋰的測(cè)定。

2   原理

試料在一定量水中,以甲基紅-溴甲酚綠為指示劑,用鹽酸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滴定溶液滴定試料的總堿度,以消耗鹽酸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滴定溶液的量計(jì)算碳酸鋰的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)。試樣中鈣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)應(yīng)換算為碳酸鋰質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)從計(jì)算結(jié)果中減去。

3   試劑

4.1 鹽酸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滴定溶液,0.30moL/L。

4.1.1配制:移取25mL鹽酸,,置于1000mL容量瓶中,以水稀釋至刻度,混勻。

4.1.2標(biāo)定:標(biāo)定與試樣的測(cè)定平行進(jìn)行。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

稱取三份0.7200g預(yù)先在300℃灼燒2h并于干燥器中冷卻至室溫的碳酸鈉(基準(zhǔn)試劑),分別置于250mL三角瓶中,各加入25~30mL水溶解,加入0.1~0.2mL甲基紅-溴甲酚綠指示劑溶液(一份2g/L甲基紅乙醇溶液與三份1g/L溴甲酚綠乙醇溶液混合),用約為0.30moL/L鹽酸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滴定溶液滴定至溶液由綠色變?yōu)榧t色,加熱煮沸驅(qū)除二氧化碳,冷卻,繼續(xù)滴定至灑紅色即為終點(diǎn)。平行標(biāo)定所消耗鹽酸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滴定溶液體積的極差不應(yīng)超過0.10mL,取其平均值。

隨同標(biāo)定做空白試驗(yàn)。                                                                                                                                                                                                                             &

4   試樣

    試樣預(yù)先在250~260℃烘2h,置于干燥器中,冷卻至室溫。

5   操作步驟

5.1 稱樣

稱取0.5000g試樣,精確至0.0001g.                                                                                                                                                                                            

獨(dú)立地進(jìn)行兩次測(cè)定。取其平均值。

5.2 空白試驗(yàn)

隨同試料的操作步驟做空白試驗(yàn)。

5.3測(cè)定

將試料置于250mL三角瓶中,加入20mL甲基紅-溴甲酚綠指示劑溶液(一份2g/L甲基紅乙醇溶液與三份1g/L溴甲酚綠乙醇溶液混合),用鹽酸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滴定溶液滴定至試液由綠色變?yōu)榫萍t色。煮沸驅(qū)除二氧化碳。冷卻。繼續(xù)滴定至酒紅色即為終點(diǎn)。

6   結(jié)果計(jì)算

按下式計(jì)算碳酸鋰的含量,以質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)表示:

式中:c—鹽酸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滴定溶液的實(shí)際濃度,moL/L;

      V1—滴定試液消耗鹽酸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滴定溶液的體積,mL;

      V0—滴定空白溶液消耗鹽酸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滴定溶液的體積,mL;

      m0—試料質(zhì)量,g;

1.844—鈣對(duì)碳酸鋰的換算因數(shù)。

7   精密度  

兩次測(cè)定的差值應(yīng)不大于表1所列允許差。
